10 Best-Selling Cars 2023

Team Webmaster : The Indonesian automotive industry association (Gaikindo) announced the results of achieving wholesales sales throughout 2023. Toyota Kijang Innova came out as the winner followed by Honda Brio and Daihatsu Sigra.

Meanwhile, the MPV of a million people who stayed at the top position for many years, the Toyota Avanza, was only able to secure the fourth position.

Citing Gaikindo data for the 2023 period, Toyota Kijang Innova is supplied with 66,460 units, Honda Brio 62,195 units, Daihatsu Sigra 61,752 units, and Toyota Avanza 59,543 units and Toyota Calya 45,801 units.

While the Toyota Rush, which is rumored to be injected to death, actually packed 39,340 units last year. In Malaysia, Toyota has announced that it will no longer sell the Rush.

Gaikindo announced that wholesale sales reached 1,005,802 units and retail 998,059 units throughout 2023.

The achievement of 2023 car sales was recorded below the previous year of 1,048,040 units (wholesales) and 1,013,582 units (retail).

The number of retail or dealer sales to consumers in 2022 was summarized at 1,013,582 units or an increase of 17.4 percent from the same period in 2021 of 863,358 units.

Meanwhile, the achievement of wholesales 2022 amounted to 1,048,040 units.
